Laser tattoo removal in Vancouver

The largest city in British Columbia, Vancouver was named after Captain George Vancouver, a British explorer.

During your laser tattoo removal trip, visit some of the most beautiful buildings, including the Harbour Centre, Vancouver Law Courts and surrounding plaza known as Robson Square (designed by Arthur Erickson) and the Vancouver Library Square (designed by Moshe Safdie), a reminiscent of the Colosseum in Rome.

Within a 30-minute drive from downtown Vancouver you will see the North Shore Mountain. Mountain bikers have created famous trails across the North Shore and the Capilano River, Lynn Creek and Seymour River are used for hiking and swimming.

The area's most famous attraction, Capilano Suspension Bridge and Regional Park is about 10 minutes drive from downtown Vancouver. The original bridge was built in 1889 and sways 230 feet above the Capilano River, being an attraction spot for about 800,000 visitors each year

Another great place to see is Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden. Created in an authentic Ming Dynasty-style, the garden is famous for being the first of its type built since the late 15th century. Traditional materials from Suzhou, the Garden City of the People's Republic, were used in the construction.

You can also see live performances at GM Place, Queen Elizabeth Theatre, BC Place Stadium or the Pacific Coliseum, while smaller acts are held at places such as the Plaza of Nations, the Commodore Ballroom or the Orpheum Theatre.

Music fans will definitely enjoy the Vancouver Folk Music Festival and the Vancouver International Jazz Festival. There’s also the Vancouver International Film Festival, which runs for two weeks each September.

Your laser tattoo removal session will only last a few minutes as the laser pulse of light penetrates the surface skin tissue and breaks the pigment into particles, which are later eliminated by the body’s immune system.

The laser treatment feels something like getting rubberband snaps. Anyway, you will feel less pain than when you got the tattoo. Although the procedure is not painful, your doctor may give you a pain reliever, like Tylenol or a local injection to reduce the discomfort.

Some lighter colors like white, red, pink, orange and yellow, may require more effort to remove and in some cases they won’t disappear completely, while black, blue, green and brown are easily removed with laser.

British Columbia offers a wide range of spectacular places to see while you visit.
